"Acquaintance with Victoria came about where she was teaching clay classes to youth. As our friendship progressed, she shared portions of her art portfolio. Instantly, I believed Victoria was on her way to becoming a 'Set Apart' artist in ability and substantive content. Catching my attention were two drawings that impressed me in a spiritually subliminal manner destined to set Victoria's art a world apart. Namely, a single chain lying loosely and giving an unshackled image while another drawing reinforced the concept with a sword drawn by a warrior in armor. Whatever realm Victoria finds her subject(s), her imagination flows and is not constrained to conformity. She is an artist loosed to artistically express outwardly any topic she may be incubating and/or blooming inwardly. The action conveyed in her illustration of a defensive swordsman in armor illustrates Victoria's imagination resists capturing. She is an artist who will forever conquer. She is through facing the giants. The artistic field is forever beautiful and gloriously perennial with new challenges for the artist who strives to show differentness - a set apart originality. Victoria has planted seeds in this artistic field. Her seeds are fertile and evidence being perennial and, I believe, jubilee harvesting will be had for Victoria in any and all of her artistic endeavors."
